MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD

SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation between AMBIM-1 and Martin

DATE: 9 April 1964 at 2000 hours

1. AMBIM-1 stated he had been unable to obtain the address of the Tampa barge and he was leaving this matter to AMBIM-19.

2. Concerning the DC-3, M stated that Manuel Fernandez had talked to Petrovich. Petrovich did send a letter to Talaris instead of Carrillo as M had informed this office before. M will get the complete story from Fernandez upon arrival in Costa Rica. M wanted to know the DC-3 frame number for reasons of possible legal action against Carrillo of the cancellation of the charter. The M also noted this is should Carrillo decide to cause more trouble, it would be difficult for the DC-3 to leave Costa Rica.

3. In conclusion the undersigned conveyed to M our wishes for a successful operation.
