Supervision of the activities of personnel attached to the New Orleans Office, with a view to insuring the highest standard of professional and ethical performance and the most complete coverage of the area within this office's jurisdiction. Investigation and implementation of policies outlined by higher echelons. Maintenance of liaison with field installations of other agencies for the purpose of effective coordination of activities. Intelligence collection. Collection and reporting of positive foreign intelligence information from non-sensitive non-governmental sources. Provision of support to other components of CIA.
