I told Smeik that I certainly felt that RAY's contribution is tremendously important, but that conclusion I observed that RAY's resources were obviously decreasing for I had only recently received an urgent word from the company (the closest making it would be proper for them to cope, with RAY's representatives, specifically Rogelio CISNEROS. c. Blue Roca Break with Castro.

Smeik then told me that he had heard via Mexico that Blue ROCA had a falling out with Castro. I again had to tell Smeik that I did not know of any such development, but that if it had happened in the past, it was news to all of us. That Blue ROCA will not openly break with Fidel Castro unless ordered to do so by the United States. I told Smeik that Blue ROCA is too smart a fox to ever even consider such forthright moves.
