D. Operational Information

1. The type of operation is FI and the duration of assignment is indefinite. KLOUBAR will be involved in spotting, assessing, and handling of selected agents. In appropriate and highly selected cases he will act as a recruiter. No need is anticipated at present that any individual will be used visiting of KLOUBAR's CIA affiliation while he is under unofficial cover.

4. Ideally, KLOUBAR's cover should be such as to allow him free and plausible business, and social and professional access to and treat a portion of the local foreign element of the business, academic, consular and journalistic community.

5. KLOUBAR's income cushion will be that of a retired Foreign Service Officer, supplemented by his cover income, approximating in total $50,000.00 per annum.
