MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD

SUBJECT: Telephone Conversation between AMBIDDY-1 and Martin Ferrer

DATE: 26 June at 1130 hours

I telephoned AMBIDDY-1 at his home and informed him that we (Carl, Dick and I) would be meeting with him on Sunday. We would need the following things at this meeting:

1. A complete up-to-date roster of the personnel in the organization as they are reshuffled.

2. Return of all insurance forms which are no longer applicable.

3. To at least have a formulated idea as to what their operational plans will be for July and any requests for data which Carl will have to obtain.
