either training or performance of duty is deemed unsatisfactory by CIA, you will be offered other types of employment, if available, or your employment will be terminated.

6. Your appointment is for such time as your services may be required and funds are available for the work of CIA. Notice of termination will be given you by procedures similar to that provided by Civil Service rules and regulations.
