A well-dressed, high Anglo-Saxon type man of about 50 years of age, 5' 6", 150 pounds, light hair, and a member of the Communist Party USA is believed to be in Mexico City at present. He is a close associate of the CPUSA leader, Eugene Dennis, and is in Mexico on a special assignment. He is believed to be residing at the Hotel Geneva, Room 505, and is known to frequent regularly the "El Morro" restaurant. He is traveling under the name of Howard E. Hunt, and may have a son about 25 years old.
