These records show the following: a. On 30 April Artis was issued an I-512 type visa good for travel to Costa Rica, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic. He departed from Miami on 3 May for San Jose, Honduras on LACSA flight number 445, returning to the U.S. on 11 May 64. No flight information available on return trip. b. An I-512 was issued in his name on 3 May 64 good for travel to Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. Artis left Miami on 11 May and returned on 13 May 64. c. Another I-512 was issued in his name on 13 May, and he left Miami on 13 May on Pan American flight number 363 for Managua. He has not returned as yet.
