ANALYSIS-4's plans call for a threat to quit ANTIUM if ANTIUM-1 makes known his decision to marry subject. In these remarks, ANALYSIS-4 stated that he had made his views known to ANTIUM-1 because "then our position would be the way it has to be with ANTIUM-1. You cannot put ANTIUM-1 to my will. We must be led to believe that it was he who made up his mind."
4. In forecasting his and ANTIUM-1's strategy, ANALYSIS-4 stated the following:
"ANTIUN is not just ANTIUM-1. It is all of us. We are working for ANTIUM and in that regard I am answerable to all of us, because he is part of ANTIUM. When we talk about the Adelaide problem, we talk about 2 people who will have the organization. ANTIUM-1 knows that we will have KUBARK's support when he decides to leave us for ANTIUM. But has ANTIUM to have to decide. Even the people in jail inside Cuba want to know if it is true that ANTIUM-1 has a mistress and believe that we are condoning this. ANTIUM-1 is not only answerable to us but to the people in jail. We, in turn, are responsible for our imprisoned comrades. As part of ANTIUM I have to decide if I will fight or not. ANTIUM-1 is clear on that."
5. In stating our position, we made clear to ANALYSIS-4 that marriage is not a deciding factor in determining our course of action. An ensuing scandal might force our hand.
