1. As you were previously advised, Dan S. Shurett had no knowledge of the existence of or alleged connection between the International Standards Association and the Metals Trade Center. However, further investigation has revealed the following information:
2. The ISA does not appear associated with the Metals Trade Center. The ISA was formed in 1959 and is an international organization to promote standards in the metals industry. The ISA is planning to hold its first international conference in New York City on 17 Jan 1960.
